Heat
Heat comes with the room unless you say otherwise
Every sauna is sold with its heater or stove. If you already own one rated for the room, you can say so and take the cabin alone — but you have to say it, in writing, at checkout.
Cold
A tub is not a cold plunge
Where a plunge ships without a chiller, the listing says so and the cart makes you either add one or acknowledge in writing that the tub holds cold water but does not cool it. Nobody finds that out on delivery day.

Each sauna states its wood, whether it is traditional, infrared or hybrid, its EMF class where the manufacturer publishes one, and how many people it actually seats — as specification, not adjectives.

The price is the price
Every manufacturer we carry sets a minimum advertised price and we hold to it. There is no permanent countdown clock and no invented list price to discount from.

The woods we build in
Canadian red cedar, Pacific cedar, Canadian hemlock, and thermally modified European ThermoWood® — each chosen for where the sauna has to live. Outdoor builds are weather-rated; indoor cabins are specified for the room. Every listing names its wood, its heat type, and how many people it actually seats, so you can compare like for like instead of reading adjectives.
